This is a well rounded class that will include strength exercises, along with coordination, balance, gentle cardio and stretching. Most exercises can be done from a chair if modification is necessary. Perfect if you are new to exercise.
Boxing resistance
Basic boxing moves to get the heart rate up combined with resistance make a perfect combination. No boxing experience necessary for this fun and empowering class.
Accessible yoga
A complete yoga experience using props, a chair, the wall and modifications to meet you exactly where you are today. This class is for everybody and every BODY.
Yoga
This class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
